Our focus is on identifying alignment points between public priorities, private capabilities and cross-border partners — enabling early visibility on where meaningful collaboration can take shape.
Ecosystem Engagement & Business Development
We follow developments in local production, regulatory reform, essential-medicine gaps and joint-venture potential. Our engagement focuses on mapping credible partners, compliance considerations and capital requirements across the pharmaceutical value chain.
